Penny Bewick

Before joining New Edge Networks when it was formed in 1999, Penny was Director of Government Affairs for Electric Lightwave.

Penny has held a variety of managerial and executive positions with US WEST, now Qwest, including operator services, finance and more than 15 years in the legal and regulatory arena.

Penny holds a National Paralegal Certification as well as a Bachelor of Science Degree in International Development and Public Policy from the University of Oregon and an MBA from City University in Seattle.
